1.    Existence of European dimensions

2.    Number of participant partners

3.    Integration of divers school-oriented partners

4.    Practice orientation

5.    Interdisciplinary implementation

6.    Open for participation of all students and teachers

7.    Stimulated follow-up projects

8.    Applicable end results

Questionnaire

Comenius I and II projects

Please fill in this questionnaire with data as precise as possible regarding your Comenius project and send back the questionnaire by 15th January 2008 to the attention of XY. We would like to thank you very much for your cooperation.

The completion should take about 5 to 10 minutes.

The meNet project focuses on the teaching and learning of music at primary and secondary schools that provide general education and on the professional training of music teachers.  Music education in Europe is characterized by a fascinating diversity of approaches to music and to the training of music teachers.  Although this variety has to be seen as one of the most significant characteristics of European culture it nevertheless entails great challenges at a number of practical levels.  The meNet project has therefore set itself the principal objective of tackling these topics and problems with the aid of an integrated approach that will analyse and describe music education in Europe from a variety of different perspectives.

One workgroup is collecting finished as well as ongoing Comenius projects (Comenius I and II) in the realm of music education.  This group has developed quality criteria for the project’s presentation and valorisation. The present questionnaire serves as a mean to evaluate these criteria.
